Way to Glow!

In January 2023, we received an invitation from the Chairman of the State Health and Wellness Committee to participate in a year-long program called "Way to GLOW." Members recorded their exercise throughout 2023 and experienced an improvement in their overall health. The program was a great success, we are continuing it in 2024!


Did you know that exercising for just 30 minutes a day can have numerous benefits? It can help you improve your cardiovascular and pulmonary fitness, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, manage conditions such as hypertension, high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes, build stronger bones and improve balance, increase muscle strength and endurance, and reduce body fat.
