About the event
Please join us for the September 16th meeting of the Arts & Culture Committee. The meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. at my house at 40 Hawkins Glen Drive in Salem.
We have an exciting year ahead with outings to various activities such as concerts by the NH Philharmonic Orchestra, plays at the Palace Theatre, and an a cappella concert at the Methuen Memorial Music Hall. We also sponsor the national Creative Writing and Photography Contests with upcoming workshops to spark your creativity. Our community involvement includes relationships with local schools as well as other cultural organizations in the area.
This year we will be participating in the Pelham Festival of Trees under the guidance of member Amanda Lawrence. Amanda will also be heading up our popular Flower Hugs program which converts donated floral arrangements to small "flower hugs" to be distributed throughout the community. The "Hearts in Harmony"…
