We would like to encourage each club to bring a “Fun fall item” candle, basket, wreath, pumpkin spice and all things nice. These items will be raffled off to help support the president's project.

**In addition we will also be collecting Hand, foot, toe & bodywarmers to Give to Boxes of Love for the Homeless. The colder moths are approaching and this is one of their most valuable items. Our Goal is to collect 150 warmers to donate that evening.**

NOTES BEFORE MEETING FOR PRESIDENTS

Notes to Presidents:

1) We are excited to welcome you to our meeting.  Please try to have a full attendance as we have a wonderful meeting and exciting news planned. Entrance to Hills Memorial Library is from the back parking lot.  There are stairs there but there is also an elevator, so the main meeting room is handicapped assesible.

2) There will be two raffles to benefit the President’s Project. One is a “Fun Fall” raffle and the other is a 50/50.  Watch for more details regarding the raffles. If each club brings a “Fun Fall item” or Fall themed basket containing interesting items, we will have so much fun!

3) For recently deceased members, please email member’s name and club to:

icravemakeup27@gmail.com, please bring a memory and short biography to share

(approx. 1 min)  You may also ask another attending member from your club to speak.

4) We want clubs to share as many resources as possible.  If you have a favorite resource that helps your club, please email information about them to Chrystina Moran, icravemakeup27@gmail.com .

5)  If your club has any current or past samples of brochures, business cards, postcards, new membership info or any other types of info that helps your club, please email digital copies or mail hard copies to Chrystina.  We will try to have as many samples as possible at our meeting for clubs to explore.

6) We have not included traditional driving instructions.  Everyone seems to navigate via various map apps.  Please email Chrystina if you will need driving instructions.

District Meetings are for ALL club members, and easily reached from all hometowns!  We would love to have each club represented by you and other club members.  Please spread the word.  It’s going to be so fun, you’re going to want to have all your club members there!!
